Abstract:The unbalanced load of large wind turbines can cause break of blades,causing accidents and shortening their service life.Aiming at the unbalanced load problem of large-scale wind power generation system in high wind speed area,a load control method called NMPC-PID with independent pitch control was proposed.Non-linear model predictive control was used to adjust the pitch angle of the wind turbine blades in time,and PID control was used to eliminate the influence of tower vibration.The mechanism method was used to build a wind power generation system model on the platform,and the proposed control strategy was used on the model to carry out simulation experiments.In the two cases,it was compared with model predictive control (MPC) to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
