    摘要:

    小尺度波浪浮体广泛应用于海波发电工程领域和海洋浮标结构物中,在波浪作用下通常会产生垂荡、横摇、纵摇等运动特性。为了缩短开发周期,降低海试试验成本,基于6-RSS并联机构设计一种适用于波浪浮体运动模拟的装置。基于MATLAB/Simulink建立机构的位置逆解模型,理论推导获得给定位姿下驱动舵机转角变化曲线。基于流体力学相似准则,建立波浪浮体实验室模型,并采用PROTUES单片机电路仿真工具构建控制系统硬件电路,通过直线插补运算实现平台的轨迹运动。通过搭建机构横摇、纵摇运动实验平台,进行相关误差分析,验证了该并联机构模拟波浪浮体运动的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Small-scale wave floats are widely used in the field of sea wave power generation engineering and ocean buoy structures.Under the action of waves,they usually produce vertical,rolling and longitudinal motion characteristics.Based on the 6-RSS parallel mechanism,a device for simulating the motion of wave floating body was designed to shorten the development period and reduce the cost of sea test.Based on MATLAB/Simulink,the inverse position solution model of the mechanism was established.And the curve of rotation angle of drive steering gear under specific position was obtained by theoretical derivation.Based on the similarity criterion of fluid mechanics,the laboratory model of wave floating body was established,and the hardware circuit of the control system was constructed by using PROTUES single chip microcomputer circuit simulation tool,and the track motion of the platform was realized by linear interpolation operation.By setting up the experimental platform of mechanism rolling motion and mechanism pitching motion,the correlation error analysis was carried out,and the feasibility of the parallel mechanism to simulate the motion of wave float was verified.
