    摘要:

    提出一种基于目标传动比函数进行非圆齿轮数字化设计的方法。利用微分几何方法推算主动轮与从动轮节曲线上的离散点集,通过三次样条插值拟合得到节曲线的轮廓;根据范成加工原理获取刀具的包络图,提取齿廓曲线后赋予一定的齿宽得到非圆齿轮的三维模型;将主动轮与从动轮模型装配后进行运动仿真;在传动过程中进行动态干涉检查,并比较从动轮角速度响应曲线的理论值与仿真值,验证模型的正确性。结果表明:利用所提方法进行非圆齿轮的设计是可行的,能够促进后续分析、制造等工作的开展。

    Abstract:

    A digital design method of non-circular gears based on target transmission ratios was proposed.The discrete point sets on the pitch curve of driver gear and passive gear were calculated by using differential geometry,the outline of pitch curve was fitted by using cubic spline; according to the generation method,cutter envelope graph was obtained,after the tooth profile curve was extracted,a certain tooth width was given to obtain the 3D model of the non-circular gear; the motion simulation was carried out after assembling the driver gear and passive gear model; the dynamic interference check was carried out in the transmission process,and the theoretical value and simulation value of angular velocity response curve of driven wheel were compared to verify the correctness of the model.The results show that it is feasible to use this method to design non-circular gears,which can promote the subsequent analysis,manufacturing and other work.
