    摘要:

    传统一段式位移测量装置难以在有限空间内实现输入输出电压匹配,需额外设计电源变换电路,增加了系统的复杂性。为此,提出一种高度集成分段电阻膜位移测量装置。在电气行程电阻膜外串联印制同系列不同方阻配方比电阻膜,通过分压作用实现电压变换,满足系统输入输出特性匹配需求;通过两次印制、两次修刻的方法,保证产品最终电阻值、线性度等指标满足系统使用要求以及输出的稳定性;进行理论分析、结构和工艺设计以及试验。结果表明:该设计结构紧凑、电压变换简便,具有良好的线性度等特性,可克服传统位移测量装置的局限性。

    Abstract:

    The traditional one-stage displacement measurement device is difficult to realize the input and output voltage matching in a limited space,and an additional power conversion circuit is needed to design,which increases the complexity of the system.To solve the problem,a highly integrated segmented resistive film displacement measurement device was proposed.The resistive film of the same series with different square resistance formulas outside the electrical stroke resistive film was printed,and the voltage conversion was realized through the effect of voltage division to met the matching requirements of the input and output characteristics of the system;through the method of twice printing and twice repairing,it was ensured that the final resistance value and linearity of the product met the system requirements and the output was stable;the theoretical analysis,structural and process design and experiments were performed.The results show that the design has compact structure,simple voltage conversion,good linearity and other characteristics,which can overcome the limitations of traditional displacement measurement devices.
