    摘要:

    为了解决在大型叶轮叶片曲线光顺中采用整体法计算复杂、效率低的问题,针对叶轮叶片进行基于剪力跃度和局部能量法的曲线光顺研究。对叶轮叶片的光顺要求进行分析,建立叶片曲线不光顺点的剪力跃度全局检测及局部能量光顺处理模型,并利用建立的模型对直纹面叶片轴盘曲线和盖盘曲线离散点进行不光顺点检测及光顺处理,光顺后轴盘曲线和盖盘曲线的剪力跃度最大值分别降低了41.3%和39%,提高了叶片曲线的光顺性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the complexity and low efficiency of the integral calculation method in the curve smoothing of large impeller blades, the curve smoothing method based on shear jerk and local energy was studied. The smoothing requirements of the impeller blades were analyzed. The shear jerk global detection model and local energy smoothing model for the nonsmooth point of blade curve were established. The nonsmooth point detection and smoothing for the discrete points on the shaft curve and cover curve were carried out by using the established models. After smoothing, the maximum shear jerk of the shaft curve and the cover curve are reduced by 41.3% and 39% respectively, which improves the smoothness of the blade curve.
