    摘要:

    目前,我国液压动力卡盘的研究相对落后,特别是力学性能研究的缺乏严重影响着卡盘夹紧力和传递精度的提升,这严重制约着我国数控机床的发展,因此对液压动力卡盘力学性能的研究迫在眉睫。提出基于ANSYS软件分析液压动力卡盘力学性能的方法,对楔心套、盘体、滑座及工件的接触方式进行定义,对螺栓连接进行模拟,对工作载荷下卡盘的应力和位移进行分析,为后续失效性等的分析奠定基础。另外,利用ANSYS软件对夹紧力进行分析,并与试验结果、理论计算进行比对,验证所提出的力学性能分析方法的正确性。

    Abstract:

    At present, the research on hydraulic power chuck in our country is relatively backward, especially the lack of research on mechanics characteristics seriously affects the improvement of clamping force and transmission accuracy of chuck, which seriously restricts the development of CNC machine tools in our country. Therefore, the research on mechanics characteristics of the hydraulic power chuck is imminent. The method based on ANSYS software was presented to analyze the mechanics characteristics of the hydraulic power chuck. The contact methods of the wedgecore sleeve, disc body, slide and workpiece were defined, the bolt links were simulated, and under the working load, the stress and displacement of the chuck were analyzed. It lays foundation for failure analysis. In addition, the clamping force was analyzed by ANSYS. The analysis results were compared with the test results and theoretical calculations to verify the correctness of the proposed analytical method of mechanics characteristics.
