    摘要:

    阐述了液力缓速器的结构和工作原理;运用相似理论进行制动力矩计算方程的推导;以车辆动力学为基础,以道路坡度为i,液力缓速器安装于重载车辆变速箱输出二轴为工况前提,对液力缓速器长下坡恒速制动方程进行理论推导;将液力缓速器制动力矩计算方程与恒速制动方程结合,给出了液力缓速器对车辆的制动减速度综合方程,为液力缓速器恒速制动功能的开发提供了理论支持。

    Abstract:

    Structure and operating principle of hydrodynamic retarder were briefed. Similarity theory was used for derivation of braking torque equation. Based on vehicle dynamics, on condition road slope was i, hydrodynamic retarder was installed on heavy vehicle gearbox output shaft, the hydrodynamic retarder long downhill constant speed brake equation was deduced. Integrating the hydrodynamic retarder braking torque equation with the calculation equation of constant speed brake equation,the brake deceleration speed equation of the hydrodynamic retarder on vehicle was given.It provides theoretical support for the development of hydrodynamic retarder constant speed braking function.
