    摘要:

    减振器性能匹配试验台是模拟整车1/4悬架振动系统的试验设备,其测控系统由数据采集卡、USB/RS485转换器、计算机和测控软件构成。测控软件基于VC设计,包括信号采集、调频控制、实时波形显示和数据处理4个部分,采用多线程并行结构。基于数据采集板卡实现了被测试力、位移、速度和加速度的采集,基于Modbus协议实现了计算机与变频器之间的串行数据通信,采用数字滤波实现实时滤波处理,结合VC中的相关函数实现数据存储。试验结果验证了测控系统稳定工作,所得数据准确,通信可靠,满足试验要求。

    Abstract:

    Shock absorber performance test rig is a test equipment to simulate a quarter of vehicle suspension vibration system,its measurement and control system is consisted of data acquisition card, USB/RS485 converter, computer and measurement and control software. The measurement and control software was designed based on VC, including signal acquisition, frequency control, real-time waveform display and data processing, using multi-threaded parallel structure. The acquisition of the force, displacement, velocity and acceleration was realized based on the data acquisition board, the serial data communication between computer and frequency converter was realized based on Modbus protocol, digital filtering was adopted to realize real-time filtering processing, data storage was realized combining with the correlation function of VC. The experimental results verify the high stability of the measurement and control system which meets the test requirement with the accuracy data, reliable communication.
