    摘要:

    针对传统多级液压油缸工作压力小,各级推力小且不等,活塞杆单向伸出距离长、挠度大,工作时稳定性和可靠性差、使用寿命短等缺陷,对其整体结构进行重新设计。采用不同的缸径和活塞杆直径,通过内部配油座合理排列组合,实现了三级等推力且推力较大;采用活塞杆双向伸出结构,使活塞杆单向伸出长度短,伸出挠度小,防止部件被啃伤。通过以上的改进,液压油缸的稳定性及使用寿命大大提高。设计的产品已获发明专利(ZL201310691041.5)

    Abstract:

    The traditional multistage hydraulic cylinder has many disadvantages,such as working pressure is small, thrusts at all levels are small and unequal, one way out distance of piston rod is long, deflection is large, stability and reliability at work are poor, service life is short and etc.To overcome the defects, the whole structure was redesigned. Different cylinder diameters and piston rod diameters were adopted, through reasonable arrangement and combination of internal oil distribution base, three stage equal thrust was achieved and the thrust was larger. Bidirectional extended structure of piston rod was adopted,then oneway out length of the piston rod was short,the out deflection was small, to prevent the parts to be injured. Through the above improvement, the stability and the service life of the hydraulic oil cylinder are greatly increased.This product has won a patent for invention(ZL201310691041.5).
