Abstract:In the hydraulic valve system, when the engine is in high-speed operating condition, the valve seating velocity exceeds seating velocity evaluation criteria. In order to reduce the occurrence of this kind of situation, the key parameters of the valve stem diameter d, the disc thickness H, the valve transition radius R were designed by orthogonal test. The method of grey correlation was applied to optimize the quality of valve and seat maximum stress, seated maximum deformation, the optimal combination of the multiple indexes was gotten. The research results provide reference for the structural design of the hydraulic valve.
