    Abstract:

    The thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is closely related to it’〖KG-*2〗s input current. In order to minimize the current error, a rotation angle compensation algorithm based on Park transformation was proposed, and a PMLSM double closedloop slidingmode variable structure control (SMC) system was established based on this algorithm. For the chattering problem introduced by SMC controller and the inherent disturbance of the system, the disturbance thrust observer was designed. The MATLAB/Simulink cosimulation results show that the proposed strategy can be used to effectively reduce current error and motor thrust fluctuation.
