    Abstract:

    The swing hydraulic motor has a large power density ratio and a fast dynamic response, and has a wide range of applications in the field of servo simulation turntables. In order to drive the load to swing in the range of 100°,the swing hydraulic motor based on ADINA software was analyzed, and the test bench was established to conduct the position control experiment of the swing angle.The experiments show that the maximum speed of the oscillating hydraulic motor is 90°/s and the minimum speed is about 0.02°/s in the test system. Based on the test bench, the sealing performance and control strategy of the oscillating hydraulic motor can be further studied.
