Abstract:The swing hydraulic motor has a large power density ratio and a fast dynamic response, and has a wide range of applications in the field of servo simulation turntables. In order to drive the load to swing in the range of 100°,the swing hydraulic motor based on ADINA software was analyzed, and the test bench was established to conduct the position control experiment of the swing angle.The experiments show that the maximum speed of the oscillating hydraulic motor is 90°/s and the minimum speed is about 0.02°/s in the test system. Based on the test bench, the sealing performance and control strategy of the oscillating hydraulic motor can be further studied.
