According to the hydraulic requirements of the largescale gantry milling machine, on the basis of analyzing the loosening, shifting and shaft locking functions of the machine tool, the safe starting function of the hydraulic station of the machine tool was realized by optimizing the hydraulic system start control logic, and the reliability and stability of hydraulic system were improved.
