Abstract:Based on the principle of vibration drilling machining, the mathematical model of average drilling force in the process of vibration drilling was established, and a measurement test of the force of conventional drilling and vibration drilling of micro deep hole on 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel material was carried out on the ultrasonic axial vibration drilling experimental device, and the influence law of feed rate on drilling force and bit wear was analyzed through the test. The test results prove that the drilling force in the vibration drilling is obviously less than that of the conventional drilling, but the drilling force curve is gentler. With the increase of feed rate, the drilling force increases gradually as well as the bit wear increases in the process of vibration drilling.
