In the traditional process of the aviation solenoid valve function detection, the test efficiency is low and error is big mainly due to the maintenance personnel manual test. A kind of situ traversal function test system for aircraft solenoid valve was designed.Using the test system, the control circuit of the solenoid valve was not disassembled or decomposed. The test cable and aviation solenoid valve test ports were directly connected in order to achieve situ test; through assigning matrix switch node and the measured port, all the test loops were closed to achieve traverse test.According to the electromagnetic valve fault simulation, data analysis and verification of the test results, the test system can be used to quickly test whether the function of the air solenoid valve is intact, and the test results are accurate and reliable.
