The reason of partial loaded in cylinder stretching on concrete pump truck boom cylinder was found through experiment and analysis. A scheme to enhance the resist ability in concrete pump truck boom cylinder was put forword. A new kind of guide structure was designed.The anti deflection load of oil cylinder is improved, which povides a refer for further optimize the superlong boom cylinder.
