    摘要:

    高端数控机床的发展水平直接决定着一国装备制造业的技术水平,进而影响国家整体工业竞争力和综合国力,因此也是衡量一个国家工业现代化的重要标志。本文以高端数控机床为研究对象,归纳总结了其产业特征和发展趋势,结合国内外高端数控机床产业发展现状,详细分析了我国高端数控机床在产业需求规模、高端用户场景、完整产业体系和赋能技术发展等方面的优势,阐述了在关键技术研究、技术创新体系建设、高端配套水平、产业发展生态和智能落地应用等领域的短板,并由此给出高质量实施国家重大科技计划、高质量建设机床装备创新体系、高质量提升产业基础支撑能力、高质量优化行业发展生态环境以及高质量推动智能集成示范推广的发展策略。

    Abstract:

    The development level of high-end CNC machine tools directly determines the technical level of a country's equipment manufacturing industry, which in turn affects the overall industrial competitiveness and comprehensive national strength of the country. Therefore, it is also an important indicator for measuring a country's industrial modernization. This article takes high-end CNC machine tools as the research object, summarizes their industrial characteristics such as small market size, high entry threshold, and long technology iteration cycle. It proposes the development trends of high-performance, intelligent, composite, and green directions. Combining with the current development status of the high-end CNC machine tool industry at home and abroad, it analyzes in detail the industrial demand scale, high-end user scenarios, and other aspects of China's high-end CNC machine tools The advantages of a complete industrial system and empowering technological development are elaborated, and the shortcomings in key technology research, technological innovation system construction, high-end supporting level, industrial development ecology, and intelligent landing application are elaborated. Suggestions are given for high-quality implementation of national science and technology major projects, high-quality construction of machine tool equipment innovation system, and high-quality improvement of industrial basic support capacity High quality optimization of industry development ecological environment and development strategies for promoting intelligent integration demonstration and promotion with high quality.
