Abstract:Aiming at the problem of small driving force and weak anti-electromagnetic interference ability of electric drive AGV, the design of hydraulic system for electric control hydraulic drive AGV is put forward. The technical parameters of the walking system, the braking system and the lifting system are determined according to the required driving force of the whole vehicle under different working conditions. Setting up the test environment, testing the performance of hydraulic system on full load flat road and 5°ramp of AGV under the conditions of no load and lifting 12 tons, setting up the simulation model of hydraulic drive system, ZCANPRO simulation software is used to simulate the speed following performance of AGV under two operating conditions.
