    摘要:

    对国内某风洞两缸同步液压开环控制系统存在的问题进行分析,通过对比几种液压同步方案的特点,最终采用同步马达再合理配置单向调速阀进行流量补偿构建开环同步回路的方案。对改进方案的原理进行了详细阐述,分析调试过程中注意事项。该改进方案最后取得了良好的应用效果,为有类似需求的系统提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The problems existed in a open cycle synchronous control hydraulic system for two cylinder in a domestic wind tunnel were analyzed,the programme of open cycle synchronous loop with synchronous motor and reasonable unidirectional governor valve which could be responsible for flow compensation was finally adopted comparing the characteristic of some other hydraulic synchronous control schemes.The principle of the improved programme was elaborated in detail,and the matters needed attention in debugging were analyzed.Using the improved programme,good results were finally achieved in the actual operation.It provides draw lessons for the similar demand systems.
