光电精测仪分层自动调平装置的研究与应用

    摘要:

    根据高精度测量需求,研制了分层调整式自动调平装置。自动调平装置包括上下设置的两层角度调整机构,每层角度调整机构均包括1台伺服电机,电子水平仪测量两层角度调整机构对应方向上的水平度偏移量,并将测得值反馈到电脑终端,电脑终端与上下两台伺服电机连接,通过反馈的值驱动伺服电机转动。实验测定其调平精度为1″, 整个光电设备调平时间约为120 s。实验结果表明:与以往的调平系统相比, 该系统缩短了光电设备开展工作的准备时间, 提高了调平精度。

    Abstract:

    According to highprecision measurement needs, a hierarchical adjustment of automatic leveling device was developed. The automatic leveling device comprised a twolayer angle adjusting mechanism arranged up and down, each of which included a servo motor and the electronic level measuring the level deviation of the twoangle angle adjusting mechanism in the corresponding direction, and the measured value was fed back to the computer terminal.The computer terminal was connected to the upper and lower two servo motor,and the servo motor was driven by the feedback value. The leveling time is 1″, and the leveling time of the whole optoelectronic equipment is about 120 s.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional leveling system, the system shortens the preparation time of the photoelectric equipment and improves the leveling accuracy.
