    摘要:

    现有的医疗护具一般是通过设置型号来确定大小,这样的护具可能与患者身体部位不贴合,导致保护和帮助康复作用不明显。运用逆向工程技术,提出基于Geomagic Deign X的个性化医疗护具设计方法。以脚部护具设计为例,用人体扫描仪对人体脚部进行扫描,处理采集到的点云数据,通过面片拟合生成脚部的曲面模型。在此基础上剪切出所需要的曲面得到护具的基础模型,然后根据患者及医生的要求进行护具的后续设计。实现了逆向建模与正向设计的结合,为个性化医疗护具的设计提供一种便捷高效的方法。

    Abstract:

    The existing medical device products are generally determined by setting the size of the model, so the products may not fit with the body parts of the patient, resulting in unconspicuous protection and rehabilitation effect. By using reverse engineering technology, the personalized medical device design method based on Geomagic Deign X was proposed. Taking the design of foot brace as an example, by scanning the human foot with a body scanner, the point cloud data were processed,the surface model of the foot was generated via mesh fit. On this basis, the needed surfaces were cut out to get the basic model of the device, then the subsequent design was completed according to the requirements of patients and doctors. The combination of reverse modeling and forward design is realized. It provides a convenient and efficient method for the design of personalized medical device products.
