The rubber bushing of the macphersan suspension control arm is researched in this paper. Based on a hyperviscoelastic constitutive model of rubber bushing,the finite element model is established and the results of simulation are compared with experimental data. By the FE software, high precision mechanical parameters based on the viscoelastic constitutive model in frequency domain of rubber are identified from dynamic characteristic test data. The dynamic characteristic hysteresis loops of the rubber bushing are acquired in the nonlinear FE software, and the information of damping angles is also obtained. Then the complete dynamic parameters are identified.
