    长轴类工件内孔通常使用大倍径镗杆进行加工,由于镗杆长径比过大,整体刚度会大幅降低,切削时镗杆将会产生振动。为优化被动式减振镗杆结构,设计一种可变阻尼动态减振器的新型镗杆,并对其基本参数进行计算。基于双自由度动力学模型, 分析了带有动力减振器镗杆的减振机制,且改变阻尼参数可明显提升减振效果,通过镗杆内部减振块的轴向移动,在镗杆内腔斜面作用下,压迫橡胶圈使其改变阻尼参数。然后确定镗杆的具体结构和尺寸,在激励频率大于325 Hz时,所提镗杆通过改变阻尼参数可起到减振效果,实际加工时应尽量保持镗杆在此频率以上进行切削。最后对橡胶阻尼和减振块轴向移动的关系进行仿真分析,结果表明:随着减振块移动距离的增大,阻尼比增大,即轴向移动可以改变减振系统的阻尼值。

    Abstract:

    The inner hole of long axis workpieces is usually machined using a large-diameter boring bar.Due to the large aspect ratio of the boring bar,the overall stiffness will be greatly reduced,and the boring bar will vibrate during cutting.To optimize the passive damping boring bar structure,a new type of boring bar with variable damping dynamic damper was designed,and its basic parameters were calculated.Based on a two degree of freedom dynamic model,the vibration reduction mechanism of a boring bar with a dynamic damper was analyzed,and changing the damping parameters could significantly improve the vibration reduction effect.By axially moving the damping block inside the boring bar,under the action of the inclined surface inside the boring bar,the rubber ring was compressed to change the damping parameters.Then the specific structure and size of the boring bar were determined.When the excitation frequency is greater than 325 Hz,the proposed boring bar can achieve vibration reduction by changing the damping parameters.In actual machining,the boring bar should be kept above this frequency for cutting as much as possible.Finally,a simulation analysis was conducted on the relationship between rubber damping and axial movement of the damping block.The results show that as the distance of the damping block movement increases,the damping ratio also increases,indicating that axial movement can change the damping value of the vibration damping system.
