    以石化行业制备聚乙烯过程中的导热油换热器为研究对象,通过流场仿真的方法对换热器壳程和管程介质之间的换热过程进行数值模拟并对其结果进行试验验证,探讨了新型折流板不同结构参数对换热器壳程传热系数和综合指标的影响规律。使用正交试验设计的方法对新型折流板的结构参数进行了优化并获得优化目标的回归模型,进而得到新型折流板的最佳结构尺寸。结果表明:新型折流板换热器的最优结构参数H/D为0.633,W/D为0.595,L/s为0.347;优化后的新型折流板换热器的综合指标较初值提高了25.979 9(16%),明显提升了导热油换热器的传热性能。

    Abstract:

    Taking the heat transfer oil heat exchanger in the process of preparing polyethylene in the petrochemical industry as the research object,the heat transfer process between the heat exchanger shell and tube medium was numerically simulated through the method of flow field simulation and the experimental verification was carried out,and the influences law of the different structural parameters of the new type baffle on the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger shell and the comprehensive indexes were discussed.The method of orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the structural parameters of the new type of folding plate and the regression model of the optimization target was obtained,so as to get the optimal structural size of the new type baffle.The results show that the optimal structural parameters of the new type baffle heat exchanger are H/D=0.633, W/D=0.595 and L/s=0.347;the comprehensive index of the optimized new folding plate heat exchanger is improved by 25.979 9(16%) compared with the initial value,the heat transfer performance of the heat transfer oil heat exchanger is obviously improved.
