    摘要:

    为了研究磁极非对称型表面式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)的特性,以一台不等磁极8极36槽SPMSM为研究对象,建立磁场的解析模型,对比磁通密度的解析计算结果和有限元计算结果,验证了解析模型的准确性;基于此解析模型,将不等磁极电机的气隙磁场、空载反向电动势、负载输出转矩、电磁力波和转轴不平衡电磁力与等磁极电机进行对比,并基于有限元法对其损耗特性进行分析;最后,对不等磁极电机的振动加速度进行测量,研究其振动特性,进一步验证电磁力波特性分析的有效性。结果表明:该非对称的转子磁极结构可以有效地降低电机的转矩脉动,但会对电机其他方面的性能产生影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the characteristics of an asymmetric surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),an analytical calculation model of magnetic field was established by taking an unequal pole 8-poles 36-slots SPMSM as an example,and the analytical results of magnetic flux density were compared with the finite element method results.The accuracy of the analytical model is verified.Based on the analytical model,the characteristics of air gap magnetic field,no-load back electromotive force (EMF),on-load output torque,electromagnetic force waves and rotor shaft unbalance electromagnetic force of the unequal pole motor were compared with those of the equal pole motor,the loss characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element method.The vibration acceleration of the unequal pole motor was measured,the vibration characteristics of the motor were studied,and the validity of the electromagnetic force waves analysis was furtherly verified.The results show that the asymmetric magnetic poles structure can effectively reduce the torque ripple of the motor.However,it will affect the performance of other aspects of the motor.
