    摘要:

    为提高以自动化单元(AMU)为代表的复杂设备运行可靠性、安全性、经济性,提出一种基于数字孪生的自动化单元预测性维护框架(DT-PMAMU)。分析AMU的常见组成结构与故障特征,研究数字孪生预测性维护的关键因素;在此基础上构建了由物理设备层、物联网数据采集层、数字孪生数据层、虚拟设备层、预测性维护服务层组成的多层次预测性维护框架。某铣削AMU实际应用表明:该框架取得了较好的应用效果,能够帮助相关人员快速建立预测性维护系统,有效降低了AMU实现智能运维任务的复杂度。

    Abstract:

    A digital twin-based predictive maintenance framework for automation manufacturing unit(DT-PMAMU) was proposed to improve the operational reliability,safety and economy of complex equipment represented by automation manufacturing unit(AMU).General composition structure and fault characteristics of AMU were analyzed,the key factors of DT-PMAMU were established.A multi-layered predictive maintenance framework consisting of physical equipment layer,the internet of things data collection layer,digital twin data layer,virtual equipment layer and predictive maintenance service layer was constructed.The practical application of an AMU for milling proves that the framework achieves good application effect,which can help relevant personnel to quickly establish a predictive maintenance system,and effectively reduce the complexity of the AMU to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance tasks.
