Aiming at a energy redundant electro-hydraulic servo system applied in aerospace field,the AMESim simulation models of key value components such as relief valve,restrictor valve,energy selective valve and the servo system were established and analyzed.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical design results.The simulation model of dual interconnected redundant servo system was established,and the typical failure model mode of one relief valve failure and failure to establish pressure was simulated.The results show that in this case,the energy selection valve is switched,and another energy is introduced to supply fuel to the servo mechanism to ensure the normal operation of the whole system,which verifies the correctness of the principle of energy redundancy switching function of the servo system.The simulation model has practical reference value and can also be used for simulation analysis of other failure modes.
