In view of the potential problems that tape shedding,local instability and incongruity of various lifting equipment during attitude conversion of the large aircraft in the past,a novel method of attitude conversion and control for structural strength test of the large aircraft was s proposed.The displacement lifting device and the full floating support platform were designed to ensure the aircraft attitude conversion system safe and reliable.Based on the coordinated loading control system,a multi-point coordinated displacement lifting control scheme was proposed to realize the smooth attitude transition and precise control of aircraft.The real-time measurement algorithm of aircraft attitude was researched,and a visual monitoring system was developed to realize real-time monitoring of multi-dimensional variables of aircraft attitude.Through the all-factor test,the rationality of the proposed method was verified.The test results show that the attitude conversion process of a large aircraft realizes multi-dimensional visual monitoring,which improves the efficiency by about 35% compared with the traditional method,and the reliability and safety are greatly improved.
