    摘要:

    随着航空发动机试验技术的发展,航空发动机通用飞行台作为未来发动机试验技术的关键环节将越来越重要。为解决绝大多数航空发动机飞行测试项目中的液压功率加载技术问题,设计航空发动机通用液压负载系统,并详细介绍通用系统的基本设计原则、换热设计、管路压损设计以及整体施工技术。最后,进行现场地面调试试验和空中试飞验证。结果显示:设备集成度高、对流换热性能好、维护性高,可以达到对某型号航空发动机液压泵机械效率的提取要求。

    Abstract:

    With the development of aeroengine test technology,aeroengine general flight platform will become more and more important as the key link of future engine test technology.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of hydraulic power loading technology in most aeroengine flight test projects,the aeroengine general hydraulic load system was designed.The basic design principle,heat exchange design,pipeline pressure loss design and overall construction technology of the general system were introduced in detail.Finally,the field ground commissioning test and air flight test verification were carried out.The test results show that the equipment has high integration,good convection heat transfer performance and high maintenance,which can meet the extraction requirements for the mechanical efficiency of a certain type of aeroengine hydraulic pump.
