Abstract:A kind of hydro-pneumatic energy recovery system,which was mainly composed of hydraulic subsystem and pneumatic subsystem,was developed.The motor was drove to rotate when the vehicle braked,the load kinetic energy was converted into hydraulic energy and stored in the accumulator,which could drive the air compressor to rotate.The system composition and working principle were introduced.The vehicle dynamics,hydraulic subsystem and pneumatic subsystem were modeled and analyzed.Finally,the energy utilization rate of the system was analyzed.The results show that the energy recovery rate of the system can reach 84.7% during braking,which proves the effectiveness of the design scheme.
