Abstract:In order to obtain the transmission characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox under wear fault state,the simulation experiments were carried out.Based on SolidWorks and ADAMS,the virtual prototype of a MW wind turbine gearbox was built,and the dynamic simulations of health and two kinds of intermediate planetary gear wear state were carried out on the basis of reasonable setting of simulation parameters.The results show that by monitoring the angular acceleration signal of the high-speed pinion of the wind turbine gearbox,the wear fault of the intermediate planetary gear can be determined; the fault frequency amplitude of angular acceleration signal of high-speed pinion increases with the increase of wear degree,and the amplitude of meshing frequency decreases with the increase of wear degree; the sideband meshing frequency amplitude ratio of the angular acceleration signal of the high-speed pinion can be used as the criterion of the wear fault of the intermediate planetary gear,and can be used to monitor the trend of wear fault.
