Abstract:Robots are the key supporting equipment for high quality development of manufacturing industry.Robots and core components have formed a relatively complete industrial system in our country.The comprehensive performance index of robot controllers is close to the international advanced level,and is leading the industry development in the direction of intelligence,scalability and high reliability.However,in the field of precision reducers,actuators and servo motors,there are strangle problems such as insufficient precision retention,low reliability,poor running stability and batch consistency,which cannot meet the needs of complex high-end applications.The current situation and trend of industrial robot core parts technology were summarized.The research results and existing problems at home and abroad in recent years were discussed from four aspects of precision reducer,controller system,servo system and evaluation method.The gap between the key technology of domestic robot core parts and the international advanced level was analyzed,and the development pain points and root causes were found out,which is conducive to the key technology breakthrough in the development process of industrial robot core parts.
