Abstract:Additive manufacturing paths have a significant impact on forming quality,printing efficiency,and more.Aiming at the difficulty of additive manufacturing path selection caused by multiple factors,an additive manufacturing path selection method based on analytic hierarchy process was proposed.17 main evaluation indexes of additive manufacturing path were obtained through survey.After excluding coupling indexes,they were classified into 6 sub-indexes,and the evaluation index system of additive manufacturing path was constructed.Taking the forming performance,development performance and application performance as the main indicators,and the six common additive manufacturing paths as the alternative schemes,a path selection hierarchical model of additive manufacturing with double-layer indicators was constructed.The consistency test of the multi-layer judgment matrix of the path selection was carried out by using the layer transfer principle of the relative weight calculation of the analytic hierarchy process,and the total ranking of the alternative additive manufacturing path schemes was determined.The analysis results show that the fractal path has the best comprehensive performance.
