Abstract:Due to the special structure of large cavity stator blade,surface stress concentration is easy to occur during the solid solution heat treatment process,resulting in blade warping and deformation.If the model is constantly modified by trial and error method,the machining allowance of blade castings will increase and the production cycle will be longer.Through the blade solution heat treatment process simulation,the process was “visualization”,the displacement distribution of each part after the blade castings cooling was gotten,the shrinkage size of casting in each direction and the distortion shape of the casting could be gotten using the distribution of displacement field,laser tracking measurement instrument was used to measure the big stator blade and the measured data were compared with the simulation data.The maximum value of the simulated deformation is 5.57 mm,the minimum value is -6.05 mm;the maximum value of the experimental measurement is 4.76 mm,the minimum value is -5.13 mm.The distribution of the deformation position is basically the same.It provides support for exploring the influence of thermal treatment process parameters on the forming of large stator blades,optimizing the heat treatment process,and solving the practical application problems in engineering.
