Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor quality of remote monitoring image and weak reliability of monitoring results in hydraulic support attitude monitoring,a method for constructing a digital twin model for attitude monitoring of hydraulic supports was proposed.The physical model was constructed by using the hydraulic support kinematic model,environmental data,and synchronous control signals.The data-driven model was constructed by using the hydraulic support attitude based on the historical data and real-time monitoring data.The data of physical model and data-driven model were processed by long short-term memory network to generate digital twin model data for hydraulic support attitude monitoring.Based on the data of digital twin model,the virtual model of hydraulic support attitude monitoring was driven.Experiments show that the proposed attitude monitoring method of hydraulic support based on digital twin not only improves the reliability of monitoring,but also realizes accurate early warning of abnormal attitude of the support.The research results provide a reference for the construction of the digital twin model and the promotion application of the digital twin technology in the attitude monitoring of hydraulic supports.
