Abstract:Rail transit equipment Z enterprise is the supplier of the core components of Fuxing EMU.In order to maintain its core competitiveness in development,the enterprise optimized and upgraded the process,equipment,production scale and other aspects,but the original layout did not match the upgraded workshop environment,resulting in serious problems such as high production cost,time delay,quality reduction and so on.The layout optimization needs to be solved urgently.According to the characteristics of the hybrid layout of the production workshop of the core components of Fuxing,the genetic harmony algorithm based on SLP was used to carry out the layout optimization.The SLP method was used to transform the interrelationship of operation units into a genetic algorithm chromosome code.Then taking minimizing material handling cost and maximizing workshop utilization area as the objective function,the solution search was completed.Using the method,fast iteration and accurate calculation of SLP layout solution are achieved;after layout optimization,logistics,process,efficiency,cost are improved significantly,satisfying the needs of enterprise development and effectively enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
