Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties brought by the diversity of equipment types in traditional extrusion workshops to factory data acquisition and unified monitoring,a data acquisition and monitoring system based on OPC UA was studied.Taking the extrusion production line as the research object,through the analysis of the system functional requirements,the overall technical framework was designed.The production data were classified and organized to establish a server address space information model,and KEPServerEX was used to build a local OPC UA server to realize real-time collection and packaging of production data of different equipment.Using the SDK provided by the OPC UA foundation,the OPC UA client was developed to connect with the OPC UA server,completing the unified collection and processing of the server address space information nodes,and the data were uploaded to the database to provide data support for the upper-level business system.Finally,based on NET platform,the centralized monitoring system of extrusion production line was developed using C# language.The application results show that the system can effectively reduce the underlying data redundancy and enhance the interconnection performance between underlying devices,and the multi-source heterogeneous data format and device communication are unified.
