    摘要:

    目前复杂的PDC钻头仍采用人工火焰钎焊的方式,焊接质量不够稳定。针对这一问题,结合PDC钻头的钎焊工艺,设计一款基于双环PID结构的温度控制系统。该系统以PID控制算法和分级控制思想为核心,基于嵌入式实时操作系统RT-Thread实现了多任务软件设计,实现了钎焊温度的实时测量、精确控制和显示。试验结果表明:此系统能很好地满足PDC钻头的钎焊温度要求。

    Abstract:

    At present,the complicated PDC bit still adopts artificial flame brazing,and the welding quality is not stable enough.Aiming at the problem,a temperature control system was designed based on the double-loop PID structure combining with the brazing process of the PDC bit.Taking PID control algorithm and hierarchical control idea as the core,multi-task software was designed based on embedded real-time operating system RT-Thread,and real-time measurement,precise control and display of brazing temperature were realized.The experimental results show that the system can well meet the brazing temperature requirements of PDC bits.
