Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the traditional processing technology of the core component ratchet of high-speed railway catenary,such as secondary clamping,difficult to ensure the processing accuracy,low production efficiency,full inspection of key dimensions and poor traceability of results,the robot fixture and automatic CNC turnover fixture were designed,and OMP60 probe and tool detection were used to realize on-line dimension detection.The FOCAS function library of FANUC system was used to collect the measurement data of the CNC,and Ethernet IP bus flexible scheduling robot was used to realize automatic loading and unloading,and a set of automatic production line control system for ratchet on-line detection was completed.The automatic processing,one clamping,full inspection of key dimensions and traceability of measurement results of ratchet production are realized,and the production efficiency and yield are significantly improved.
