    摘要:

    精密行星减速器具有传动精度高、效率高等优点,其性能的优劣对应用系统整体的性能有重要影响。为提高精密行星减速器的传动性能,以二级精密行星减速器为例,建立二级精密行星减速器三维模型,采用带鼓形的螺旋线的组合修形方式进行优化设计,然后对二级精密行星减速器整体轮系进行齿轮接触特性分析,对比分析了修形前后减速器的接触特性。分析结果表明:采用带鼓形的螺旋线修形方式,能够快速迭代获得最优解,并且降低了减速器的传动误差和因啮合变形产生的齿面接触应力集中。

    Abstract:

    Precision planetary reducer has the advantages of high transmission precision and high efficiency.Its performance has an important impact on the overall performance of the application system.In order to improve the transmission performance of the precision planetary reducer,taking the two-stage precision planetary reducer as an example,the 3D model of the two-stage precision planetary reducer was established,the combined modification method of helix with drum shape was used for optimal design,the gear contact characteristics of the overall gear train of the two-stage precision planetary reducer were analyzed,and the contact characteristics of the reducer before and after modification were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the helix modification with drum shape can obtain the optimal solution quickly and iteratively,and reduce the transmission error of the reducer and the tooth surface contact stress concentration caused by meshing deformation.
