    摘要:

    随着天然气管网智能化和数字化程度的不断提高,对天然气调压阀故障诊断和运行维护提出更智能化的需求。基于模型、知识和数据驱动的故障诊断技术,分析“多理论融合”故障诊断技术的发展前景。基于模型与数据驱动、基于知识与数据驱动以及多理论融合的故障诊断技术3个方面,对调压阀故障诊断研究进行回顾,指出调压阀故障诊断系统异构性、知识孤岛、泛化性差等问题。同时引入本体技术,阐述本体故障诊断技术特点和研究现状,探讨调压故障诊断技术发展方向。在天然气管网智能化发展趋势下,展望基于多理论融合的本体智能故障诊断技术应用前景。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous improvement of the intelligence and digitization of the natural gas pipeline network,a more intelligent demand is put forward for the fault diagnosis and operation maintenance of the natural gas pressure regulating valve.Based on model,knowledge and data drive fault diagnosis technology,the development prospect of “multi theory fusion” fault diagnosis technology was analyzed.Based on model-based and data-driven,knowledge-based and data-driven,and multi-theory fusion fault diagnosis technology three aspects, the research on fault diagnosis of pressure regulating valve was reviewed,problems that the heterogeneity of pressure regulating valve fault diagnosis system,knowledge island,poor generalization were summarized.At the same time,ontology technology was introduced,the characteristics and research status of ontology fault diagnosis technology were expounded,the development direction of the pressure regulating valve fault diagnosis technology was discussed.Under the intelligent development trend of natural gas pipeline network,the application prospect of ontology intelligent fault diagnosis technology based on multi-theory fusion was discussed.
