In order to evaluate the dispersion of the position repeatability measurement results of industrial robots more scientifically and reasonably,based on the study of the measurement principle of laser tracker and the position repeatability measurement method of industrial robots,the various uncertainty factors affecting the measurement results were analyzed,a method for evaluating the measurement uncertainty was proposed,and the measurement uncertainty results were verified.The results show that the analysis result of this method is reliable.The measurement uncertainty results meet the standard requirements.
