Abstract:In order to study the vibration characteristics of the spalling fault of the hybrid ceramic angular contact ball bearing,the dynamic finite element model of the angular contact ball bearing was established in ANSYS Workbench.By setting the spalling fault on the outer ring way,inner ring way and rolling lement,the force changes of each part of the bearing during normal and spalling fault under specific working conditions were analyzed.On this basis,the influence of normal and different parts faults on the contact force was studied,and the influence of spalling faults on the kinematic characteristics of bearing parts was analyzed.The results show that the largest stress in each element of the bearing is the rolling element,and the maximum stress of the bearing is increased with the spalling fault,and most of the maximum stress occurs on the rolling element;the rolling element passing through the spalling place is impacted by the peeling of the outer ring,by increasing the rolling revolution and rotation periods of the rolling elements,the speed of the rolling elements reduces and the contact force increases significantly;the peeling of the outer ring has little effect on the change of the vibration acceleration of the inner ring.
