Abstract:In order to improve the disadvantage of traditional hydraulic pump station such as incorrect flow adjustion,loss of synchronism of sluice, trouble shooting difficulties,based on summarizing advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic pump station,the hydraulic intelligent pump station with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as main control component,combined with PLC,sensor technology and computer technology was used in No3 ship lock of Huaian in north Jiangsu province.The calculation for hoisting force of sluice and lock valve was contrasted,the important hydraulic components were selected.Tracking evaluation of the pump station was made after running for two years.The running result shows that the new designed hydraulic intelligent pump station fully meets usage requirements, its functions such as intelligent control of sluice and lock valve,running monitoring on-line,failure alarms of the hydraulic system are all realized,and the design goal is achieved.
