Abstract:The flow pulsation of the hydraulic system can cause pressure pulsation,and the excessive pulsation can produce pipeline vibration,radiation noise,heating,shortening the life of components and other adverse effects.The suppression of fluid pulsation plays an important role in the stability of the hydraulic system.Compared with the passive suppression of hydraulic system pulsation,the active suppression can better suppress pulsation in nonlinear variable and fixed working conditions.The mechanism and harm of fluid pulsation in hydraulic system were introduced,the active suppression strategy was divided into three categories:servo actuator cylinder control,special hydraulic pipeline control and hydraulic valve control,and its working principle,control characteristics,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The research status of active pulsation suppression methods for hydraulic systems at home and abroad was summarized and analyzed.Finally,the development prospect and direction of active suppression technology of fluid pulsation in hydraulic system were prospected.
