Aiming at the problems of pressure regulation hysteresis and stability in the actual unloading work of vertical axis unloading cylinder,a predictive control method based on T-S fuzzy model was proposed.The T-S fuzzy model of the vertical axis unloading system was established through parameter identification,and DMC predictive control was adopted on the basis of the established T-S fuzzy model.At the same time,the pneumatic system model was established by AMESim and co-simulated with Simulink.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the designed controller,which effectively reduces the time lag of the unloading cylinder control system and improves the pressure stability.
