Abstract:Taking the electro-hydraulic control system of the intelligent fully mechanized mining face as the research object, the working principle of the system was introduced, the working principle and structural characteristics of the five-piston emulsion pump, unloading valve and electro-hydraulic reversing valve group were analyzed, and the mathematical models of the key components were established.Based on AMESim simulation software, the simulation models of the key components of the system were constructed, the system was simulated under different working conditions, and the influence of the key structural parameters of the unloading valve on the pressure characteristics of the system was analyzed. The results show that the simulation model is accurate, the performance of the hydraulic system is good, the flow simulation results of the emulsion pump are consistent with the traditional calculation method, and the effects of different orifice parameters of the unloading valve on the pressure characteristics of the system are different.
