Abstract:For the multi-way reversing valve of construction machinery,the steady-state hydraulic force is too large or unstable under different working conditions,which leads to the spool valve stuck,thus affecting the reliability and safety of the actuator.Taking a certain type of construction machinery multi-way valve as an example,four kinds of throttling grooves including rectangular and semi-circular,U-shaped,2U-shaped were designed.The flow field characteristics under different valve openings were studied through Fluent numerical simulation to determine the jet angle.According to the calculation results of the flow field,spool valve models were built with different structures of the throttling groove,and the influence of the structure type of the throttling groove on the steady-state hydraulic force of the valve core was analyzed.The research results show that,with the gradual opening of the valve core throttling groove,the steady-state hydraulic force of the rectangular,U-shaped,2U-shaped throttling groove valve core is stable;when the valve core adopts a U-shaped throttling groove,the force change of the unit throttling area is larger,but the steady-state hydraulic force of the valve port can still remain stable;the steady-state hydraulic force of the semi-circular throttle valve core is relatively unstable with large gradient.
