Abstract:According to the analysis of the working process and stucking principle of down the hole drill, the anti-stucking system of the drill is a key control technology in the work.The stucking not only affects the working efficiency,but also damages the drill. Through stucking analysis,the AMESim dynamic simulation model of stucking system was established,the pressure characteristic curves in the stucking process were obtained,the pressure characteristic curves in the actual stucking process were analyzed.The results show that when the control system reaches the maximum normal rotary pressure in the working process, the anti-stucking control system starts automatically, and the solenoid valve changes direction,the drill rod is lifted to achieve the purpose of anti-stucking,which verifies the feasibility and operability of the anti-stucking control system.
