Abstract:Due to the influence of internal flow field, it is difficult to select correct parameters of hydraulic torque converter, resulting in large output error. Aiming at this problem, an electric supercharging collaborative technology was used to distribute or plan the power of the electric turbine to coordinate the parabolic load and constant torque load when the engine worked independently, so as to obtain accurate output flow of the hydraulic torque converter. That was, the power performance of the vehicle engine was optimized by distributing or planning the power of the electric turbine. The comparison test with the ordinary supercharging technology shows that the maximum error between the torque converter output flow and the ideal value is only 0.01 m3/s, the output result is accurate, and can provide technical support for the stable and efficient driving of the vehicle.
